Breast Augmentation
Breast augmentation — also known as augmentation mammoplasty — is surgery to increase breast size. It involves placing breast implants under breast tissue or chest muscles.
For some women, breast augmentation is a way to feel more confident. For others, it's part of rebuilding the breast after various conditions.
If you're considering breast augmentation, talk to us. We will make sure you understand what the surgery involves, including possible risks, complications and follow-up care.
Breast Lift
A breast lift — also known as mastopexy — is a surgical procedure performed by Dr Jeanne Botha to change the shape of your breasts. During a breast lift, excess skin is removed and breast tissue is reshaped to raise the breasts.
You might choose to have a breast lift if your breasts sag. A breast lift might also boost your self-image and self-confidence.
A breast lift won't significantly change the size of your breasts. However, a breast lift can be done in combination with breast augmentation.

Liposuction
Liposuction is a surgical procedure that uses a suction technique to remove fat from specific areas of the body, such as the abdomen, hips, thighs, buttocks, arms or neck. Liposuction also shapes (contours) these areas. Other names for liposuction include lipoplasty and body contouring.
Liposuction isn't typically considered an overall weight-loss method or a weight-loss alternative. If you're overweight, you're likely to lose more weight through diet and exercise than you would with liposuction.
A good candidate for liposuction has localised fat deposits in specific areas and a stable body weight.

Tummy Tuck
A tummy tuck is a cosmetic surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the abdomen.
During a tummy tuck — also known as abdominoplasty — excess skin and fat are removed from the abdomen. Connective tissue in the abdomen (fascia) usually is tightened with sutures as well. The remaining skin is then repositioned to create a more toned look.
You might choose to have a tummy tuck if you have excess fat or skin around the area of your bellybutton or a weak lower abdominal wall. A tummy tuck can also boost your body image.

Breast Reduction
Breast reduction surgery, also known as reduction mammaplasty, is a procedure used to remove excess fat, tissue and skin from the breasts. If you have large breasts, you might choose to have breast reduction surgery to ease discomfort or to achieve a breast size proportionate to your body.
Breast reduction surgery might also help improve your self-image and your ability to participate in physical activities.
If you're considering breast reduction surgery, Dr Jeanne Botha will consult with you first. It is important to understand what breast reduction surgery entails — including possible risks and complications — as well as setting realistic expectations.

Ear Surgery
Ear Surgery — also known as Otoplasty — is a procedure to change the shape, and position of the ears.
You might choose to have otoplasty if you're bothered by how far your ears stick out from your head. You might also consider otoplasty if your ear or ears are misshapen due to an injury or birth defect.
Otoplasty can be done from years 5 — through adulthood.

Eyelid Surgery
Eyelid surgery - also known as Blepharoplasty - is a type of surgery that repairs droopy eyelids and may involve removing excess skin and fat. As you age your skin ligaments and muscle lose their elasticity and start to sac. As a result excess fat may gather above and below your eyelids.
Besides making you look older, severely sagging skin around your eyes can reduce your side vision (peripheral vision), especially the upper and outer parts of your field of vision. Blepharoplasty can reduce or eliminate these vision problems and make your eyes appear younger and more alert.

Facelift
A face-lift - also known as rhytidectomy - is a cosmetic surgical procedure to create a younger appearance in your face. The procedure can reduce sagging or improve deep folds and other changes in the shape of your face that occur with age.
During a face-lift, a flap of skin on each side of the face is pulled back, and tissues below the skin are surgically altered to return the contour of the face to a more youthful shape. Before the flap is sutured closed, excess skin is removed.
A neck lift - also known as platysmaplasty - is often done as part of a face-lift to reduce fat deposits and sagging skin on the neck.
